The canoe trip that wasn't. After a day of running out of gas, flat tires, Molly riding in the Jeep and then getting into a fight, learning from a local that a nearby city is in the middle of a lawsuit for using the creek as a waste run-off, we brought the canoe home without it ever even getting wet. Lessons learned, and lots of smiles for victory over pride, impatience, and attitudes. :)
